About Hayakawa
Electronics America

Hayakawa Electronics America (HEA) is the U.S. subsidiary of the Japanese wire harness assembly manufacturer, Hayakawa Densen Kogyo.

Since its founding in 1967, Hayakawa Densen Kogyo has consistently produced and supplied high-quality, cost-effective wire harnesses worldwide.

Hayakawa Electronics America (HEA) was established in 1985 as the North American sales hub for the company's wire harnesses. Our office is located in Irving, Texas, just 8 miles from Dallas/Fort Worth International Airport (DFW), and we also maintain partner warehouses in Dallas, Texas; Huntsville, Alabama; and Atlanta, Georgia.

02 — What We Do

Our Business
Operations

We import and sell wire harnesses for automotive safety components and various home appliances, manufactured at our own factories in Mexico, the Philippines, Thailand, and China, to the North American market.

Our main customers are Japanese and Western automotive parts manufacturers, as well as Japanese home appliance companies.

All of our U.S.-based staff are bilingual in Japanese and English, ensuring smooth communication with both our customers and production factories, while maintaining strict quality assurance and on-time delivery.

Depending on customer requirements, we can flexibly adjust transaction conditions, including direct shipment from our production factories, delivery to customer production sites, or inventory storage at our North American partner warehouses.

Requirements Business-level proficiency in both English and Japanese. No prior experience required.
Salary Starting from $40,000 (without experience); experienced candidates determined based on experience.

Job Description Primarily responsible for delivery schedule management for existing accounts and coordinating various matters between customers and production plants.
